Boat departures, swim starts, and returns are managed as a single system.
Each swim starts offshore,
with controlled drop points designed for clarity and safety.
This structure removes uncertainty and keeps your focus on the water.
The Swim
Epic Swim: ~7 km guided open water
Start: Offshore near İnce Burun
Finish: Sarı Ada (boat exit)

Swimmers move along a guided line,
keeping direction simple and controlled throughout the route.
Support boats and kayaks remain in constant proximity,

Epic Swim finishes directly on the support boat.
No beach landing —
the boat becomes the central platform for recovery and transition.

as a complete and shared system.

Epic Swim (~7 km)
Start: Offshore near İnce Burun
Finish: Sarı Ada (boat exit)
The Epic Swim starts offshore, with immediate orientation and controlled direction.
Swimmers are dropped from the boat and establish direction immediately,
moving across the Kaş coastline towards Sarı Ada.
Natural landmarks simplify navigation:
Güvercin Island remains on your left,
while Sarı Ada becomes your visual target.
The route combines open water exposure with controlled orientation,
allowing you to stay focused without complex navigation.
The swim finishes on the water —
as you exit directly onto the support boat.
Social Swim (~1.5 km)
Start: İnceboğaz (boat drop)
Finish: Asmaaltı coastline
The Social Swim is a guided coastal return.
After a short boat transfer, swimmers are dropped near İnceboğaz and swim back towards Kaş along the shoreline.
The route keeps land in sight at all times,
providing clear orientation and a relaxed flow.
Water conditions remain calm and predictable,
making the distance accessible while still engaging.
The swim finishes in town — with a simple, clean exit from water to land.

Pod System
Swimmers are grouped into Pods based on pace.
Each Pod moves together,
supported by boats, kayaks, and the Leapfrog system.
You can pause, reset, and rejoin at any point.
There is no pressure to hold speed.
The only goal is to keep moving forward —
with the group.
