His role during the expedition is not to run long classroom sessions.
It is to provide concise interventions that improve efficiency, rhythm and control.

The Daily Rhythm
MORNING
Brief. Focused. Intentional.
We gather before entering the water.
A 20-minute tactical briefing.
One clear objective.
One technical cue to carry into the swim.
Then we move.
MIDDAY
Guided Exploration Swim
Kayak-escorted open water routes.
Coastal navigation.
Group dynamics and drafting.
Typical distance ranges between 2–5 km depending on sea conditions.
We adapt. We blend with the water.
AFTERNOON
Space to Integrate
Free time.
Island exploration.
Optional private sessions with the coach.
