- Booking Deposit: €500 (This payment is non-refundable as it secures your spot in the expedition pod and vessel)
- Final Balance: Due by April 1, 2026 (€850 for Essential / €1,000 for Coached).

Participant Acknowledgements
- Performance: I confirm I can maintain the minimum safety pace of 2:10 min/100m.
- Insurance: I acknowledge that mandatory insurance covering open water swimming and emergency maritime medical evacuation is required
- Documentation: I understand a valid passport is required for the international sea border crossing.
- Authority: I accept that the Captain maintains absolute authority to adjust the route or swim window for safety.
